The room size was sufficient with a functional layout that accommodated our needs well. The complimentary coffee available in the lobby was a very nice touch. The staff were friendly and efficient, assisting with all inquiries promptly.
The breakfast area sometimes felt a bit crowded during peak hours.

central location comfortable bed
the location is indeed super central. it is close to everything. the room was modern and clean, it featured a comfortable bed. i had a good experience overall.
The listing photos need updating to reflect the actual room amenities. the room felt fairly basic. It lacked a desk and chairs.

the hotel provides complimentary water, coffee, and tea in the lobby throughout the day. a pool is available with jet streams for relaxation. i saw a 24-hour laundrette next door, convenient.

front desk convenient location clean bathroom
Jason at the front desk was a star. he was helpful and always smiling! the location is super convenient near chinatown. there were lots of restaurants and it was easy to get around, the bathroom was new. And very clean.
